摘要
介绍了近年来碲锌镉晶体单光子发射计算机断层成像(cadmium zinc tellurium single photon emission computed tomography,CZT-SPECT)心脏专用机在门控心血池断层显像方面的研究进展,分析了CZT-SPECT心血池断层显像相比传统单光子发射计算机断层成像(conventional single photon emission computed tomography,C-SPECT)的平面显像及断层显像在心室功能参数测量的准确性和操作重复性以及减少核素注射剂量和缩短采集时间等方面具有的优势。指出了CZT-SPECT心血池断层显像研究中存在的不足,并展望了其未来的发展方向。
The research progress of the cadmium zinc tellurium single photon emission computed tomography(CZT-SPECT)camera in gated cardiac blood pool tomography was presented.The advantages of CZT-SPECT camera over conventional single photon emission computed tomography(C-SPECT)were analyzed in the accuracy and operational reproducibility when used for measuring ventricular functional parameters as well as the reduction of nuclear dose and acquisition time.The shortcomings of the CZT-SPECT blood pool tomography study were pointed out,and the future directions of its development were expounded.
