新型现场急救用折叠式肠外露包扎装置的设计

Design of new folding intestinal exposure dressing device for field first aid

目的:设计一种现场急救用折叠式肠外露包扎装置,以满足肠外露患者的急救需求。方法:该装置包括碗状主体、贴合部、固定结构和创口保护结构4个部分。碗状主体与贴合部由医用橡胶或硅胶一体成型,且可折叠收纳。固定结构由固定线、弹性固定带和固定扣组成。创口保护结构分布于贴合部内侧,包括环状纱布和分布于环状纱布两侧的水凝胶敷贴。结果:该装置便于肠外露的包扎固定及拆卸,降低了急救过程中感染的概率。结论:该装置操作简单、耗时短、牢固性好、舒适性高,适合战时、灾害救援或常规腹部伤所致肠外露救治包扎时使用。

Objective To design a new type of folding dressing device for the first aid of the intestinal exposure patient in field conditions.Methods The device consisted of four parts:a bowl-shaped body,a fitting part,a fixation mechanism and a wound protection mechanism.The bowl-shaped body and the fitting part were both made of medical rubber or silicone and could be folded for storage.The fixation mechanism included a fixation wire,an elastic fixation band and a fixation buckle.The wound protection mechanism was located on the inner side of the fitting part and composed of a ring of gauze and a hydrogel dressing on both sides of the gauze.Results The dressing device developed facilitated the treatment of the intestinal exposure and decreased infection occurrence during the first aid.Conclusion The dressing device developed gains advantages in easy operation,low time consumption,fixation and comfort,and can be used for the treatment of the intestinal exposure due to abdominal injuries at wartime or disaster relief.
