摘要
针对目前国内外果蔬冷链物流运输现状进行分析,为学者后续的深入研究提供借鉴。相变材料运用于冷链物流当中可以有效地节约能源。过冷和相变滞后现象常出现在相变材料的相变过程。目前过冷现象已经得到了许多学者的关注,而滞后现象被关注的较少。基于相变材料的冷藏车在这几年得到了发展,但其技术较不成熟。因此,此篇综述不仅对传统冷藏车的研发提供了新的思路,更推动果蔬冷链物流朝着节能环保方向发展,为未来基于相变储能技术的冷链物流体系的发展提供了一条新路径。
This paper analyzes the current situation of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics transportation at home and abroad,which provides the reference for scholar’s follow-up and in-depth researches.Phase change materials(PCMs)used in cold chain logistics can effectively save the energy.Superccoling(SC)and phase change hysteresis(PCH)often occur in the phase change process of PCMs.At present,SC phenomenon has been concerned by many scholars,while the PCH has been paid less attention.The refrigerated vehicle based on PCMs has been developed in recent years,but its technology isn’t mature.Thus,this review not only provides new ideas for the research and development of traditional refrigerated vehicles,but also promotes the development of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics towards the direction of energy saving and environmental protection,and provides a new path for the development of cold chain logistics system based on the phase change energy storage technology in the future.
