摘要
介绍了某工业区蒸汽冷凝水余热回收利用系统,利用余热产出冷、热能提供给园区内的企业,实现能源梯级利用。同时,针对系统负荷分布特性,合理设置水蓄能装置利用峰谷分时电价政策,达到电力“削峰填谷”,节约运行成本。通过系统方案介绍及经济性测算,为相似的工业区余热可利用场景提供思路和参考。
This paper introduces the waste heat recovery system of steam condensate in an industrial zone,which uses the waste heat to produce cooling and heating energy for the enterprises to realize the cascade utilization of energy.At the same time,select the reasonable water storage device according to the load distribution characteristics of the system.Taking the advantage of the peak valley time electric power price policy to achieve"peak cutting and valley filling"and save the operating cost.Through the introduction of the system scheme and the economic calculation,it provides ideas and reference for similar scenarios of waste heat recovery system in industrial zone.
