中国共产党成立百年以来,党的组织建设始终作为一个重要组成部分贯穿于党的建设伟大工程的各方面和全过程,高度重视组织建设是党自身不断成长壮大的优良传统和宝贵经验。百年以来,党的组织建设经历了组织创立与发展期(1920—1949年)、党的组织建设整合调适期(1949—1978年)、党的组织形态优化完善期(1978—2012年)、党的组织体系全面强化期(2012年以来)这几个阶段。党的组织建设的百年实践凝结着几代中国共产党人管党治党的思考和智慧,形成了坚持以党的政治建设统领党的组织建设、以党的科学理论指导党的组织建设、围绕党的中心任务谋划党的组织建设、以党的组织体系保障党的组织建设、以法规制度建设规范党的组织建设等宝贵历史经验。新时代应继续发扬百年以来党的组织建设的优良传统和宝贵经验,把我们党建设得更加坚强有力,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供坚强有力的组织领导和组织保障。

Since the founding of the CPC,the Party’s organizational construction has always been an important part throughout all aspects and the whole process of the great project of Party construction.Attaching great importance to organizational construction is the fine tradition and valuable experience of the Party’s continuous growth.Over the past 100 years,the Party’s organizational construction has gone through the following stages:the period of organization establishment and development(1920—1949),the period of integration and adjustment of the Party’s organizational construction(1949—1978),the period of optimization and perfection of the Party’s organizational form(1978—2012),and the period of comprehensive strengthening of the Party’s organizational system(since 2012).The hundred-year practice of the Party’s organizational construction condenses the thinking and wisdom of several generations of Chinese Communists in managing the Party and governing the Party.It has formed the following characteristics,persisting in leading the Party’s organizational construction with the Party’s political construction,guiding the Party’s organizational construction with the Party’s scientific theory,planning the Party’s organizational construction around the Party’s central task,safeguarding the Party’s organizational construction with the Party’s organizational system,and standardizing the Party’s organization with the construction of laws and regulations and other valuable historical experience.In the new era,we will continue to carry forward the fine tradition and valuable experience of the Party’s organizational construction over the past 100 years,make our party’s construction stronger and stronger,and provide strong organizational leadership and organizational guarantee for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
