当代中国多民族国家建设的理路及其时代价值——兼论中华民族共同体意识的铸牢策略

多民族国家内部“一体”与“多元”关系的紊乱和失序是政治实体空洞化和国家弱化的根本原因,多民族国家建设的关键即调处和规范多民族国家内部“一体”与“多元”的关系,以实现两者的和谐、有序、凝聚。当代中国多民族国家建设秉持中华民族大家庭、中华民族共同体基本理念,以中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路作为主要路径,具有理路设计与国情基础相适应、政治整合与国家认同相促进、“一体”与“多元”相统一、国家与社会共发力的特征。中国特色多民族国家建设的基本原则和经验,不仅为世界多民族国家建设提供中国方案,也为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供方向。

The unbalance and disorder in the relationship between“unity”and“diversity”within multi-ethnic states is the root cause of the hollowing out of political entities and the weakening of states.the key to nation-building of multi-ethnic state is to regulate this relationship so as to achieve harmony,order and cohesion between them.Contemporary China’s nation-building activities uphold the basic idea of“Chinese national family”and“Chinese national community”,and the right way of solving the ethnic issues with Chinese characteristics,which has the features of the mutual adaptation of road design and national conditions,the mutual promotion of political integration and national identity,the mutual unity of“unity”and“diversity”,and the joint effort of state and society.The basic principles and experience of nation-building with Chinese characteristics not only provide a Chinese solution for nation building around the world,but also provide a direction for solidifying the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community.
