轻度创伤性颅脑损伤患者早期血清BDNF水平与抑郁情绪相关性研究

摘要 目的:研究轻度创伤性颅脑损伤(mTBI)患者血清中脑源性神经营养因子水平与患者抑郁情绪关系。方法:收集2019年3-12月住院治疗的mTBI患者67例。患者出院后6个月内进行随访。随访时根据Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分情况将患者分为抑郁组(SDS评分≥53分)和非抑郁组。检测两组患者血清BDNF水平并进行比较,采用二分类logistic回归方法分析mTBI患者抑郁发生的危险因素。结果:抑郁组血清BDNF水平低于非抑郁组[(4.35±2.82)ng/mLvs(12.72±10.91)ng/mL,t=-3.286,P<0.05];对mTBI患者出现抑郁情绪的危险因素行logistic回归分析,提示血清BDNF水平较低的mTBI患者容易出现抑郁情绪(OR=0.710,95%CI:0.565~0.892,P<0.05)。结论:血清BDNF低水平的mTBI患者易于出现抑郁情绪,两者呈现负相关性。 Objective:To study the correlation between serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels and depression of mild traumatic brain injury(mTBI)patients.Methods:A total of 67 patients with mTBI hospitalized from March to December of 2019 were chosen and followed up within 6 months after their discharge.According to Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,patients were divided into the depression group(SDS score≥53 points)and the non-depression group,with serum BDNF levels detected and compared and risk factors for depression of mTBI patients analyzed by binary Logistic regression analysis.Results:The serum BDNF levels of the depression group was lower than that of the non-depression group(4.35±2.82)ng/ml vs.(12.72±10.91)ng/ml,t=-3.286,(P<0.05).In binary Logistic regression analysis,mTBI patients with lower serum BDNF levels are more prone to depression(OR=0.10,95%CI:0.565~0.892,P<0.05).Conclusion:mTBI patients with lower serum BDNF levels are more prone to depression;the serum BDNF levels of mTBI patients are negatively correlated with depression.
