摘要
目的:分析莫西沙星联合阿米卡星对老年耐多药肺结核患者肺部病变吸收情况的影响。方法:选取125例老年耐多药肺结核患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组62例实施左氧氟沙星联合卷曲霉素为核心的化疗方案,观察组63例实施莫西沙星联合阿米卡星为核心的化疗方案,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率93.65%,对照组患者的总有效率79.03%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后IL-18为(147.52±10.56)ng/mL,低于对照组患者的(159.56±17.25)ng/mL(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后IFN-y为(15.23±3.65)g/mL,低于对照组患者的(18.53±3.97)g/mL;观察组患者治疗后TNF-α(141.36±16.89)g/mL,低于对照组(150.25±17.22)g/mL、观察组患者的IL-10为(16.12±2.54)ng/mL低于对照组的(19.21±3.78)ng/mL(P<0.05);观察组病灶吸收率93.65%,痰转阴率90.48%,对照组病灶吸收率79.03%,痰转阴率72.58%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率3.64%,对照组不良反应率6.45%,两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:莫西沙星联合阿米卡星能够更为有效的促进老年耐多药肺结核患者肺部病变吸收,安全性高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of moxifloxacin combined with amikacin on the absorption of lung lesions in elderly patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods:125 elderly patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis were randomly divided into groups.62 cases in the control group received chemotherapy with levofloxacin combined with capreomycin as the core,and 63 cases in the observation group received chemotherapy with moxifloxacin combined with amikacin as the core.treatment effect.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.65%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.03%.The observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group IL-18(147.52±10.56)ng/ml was lower than that of the control group(159.56±17.25)ng/mL(P<0.05),IFN-y(15.23±3.65)g/ml is lower than that of the control group(18.53±3.97)g/mL,TNF-α(141.36±16.89)g/ml is lower than that of the control group(150.25±17.22)g/mL and IL-10(16.12±2.54)ng/mL were lower than that of the control group(19.21±3.78)ng/ml(P<0.05);the observation group's lesion absorption rate was 93.65%,and the rate of sputum conversion to negative 90.48%,the control group's lesion absorption rate was 79.03%,the sputum conversion rate was 72.58%,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.64%,and that of the control group was 6.45%,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin combined with amikacin can more effectively promote the absorption of lung lesions in elderly patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis with high safety.
