彩色多普勒超声诊断臀部肿物的应用价值研究

Application of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing buttock mass

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断臀部肿物的应用价值。方法:选取2017年2月~2020年8月收治的90例臀部肿物患者均给予彩色多普勒超声检查、手术或穿刺病理确诊,分析超声检查结果,比较超声良恶性肿瘤声图像特征。结果:90例患者中经超声诊断5例为恶性肿瘤,均为鳞状细胞癌,85例为良性肿物,其中表皮样囊肿46例,脂肪瘤12例,皮赘8例,钙化上皮瘤7例,混合瘤7例,肉芽肿性炎5例。结论:高频超声对于臀部肿物的诊断与病理学诊断结果一致性好,并且有助于鉴别肿物的良恶性,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of buttock masses.Method:Select 90 patients with buttock masses admitted from February 2017 to August 2020 to be given color Doppler ultrasound,surgery or puncture Pathological diagnosis,analysis of ultrasound examination results,comparison of acoustic image characteristics of ultrasound benign and malignant tumors.Results:Among the 90 patients,5 were diagnosed as malignant tumors by ultrasound,all of which were squamous cell carcinoma,and 85 were benign masses,including epidermoid cysts 46 cases,12 cases of lipomas,8 cases of skin tags,7 cases of calcified epithelioma,7 cases of mixed tumor,5 cases of granulomatous inflammation.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound has high diagnostic value for buttocks masses and pathological diagnosis results.The consistency is good,and it helps to distinguish benign and malignant tumors,and it is worthy of promotion.
