P53和多粘连细胞外基质蛋白LAMC2在食管鳞癌中的表达相关性研究

The expression correlation of P53 and LAMC2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

目的:探讨P53蛋白和多粘连细胞外基质蛋白LAMC2在食管鳞癌中的表达相关性。方法:采用组织芯片免疫组织化学技术检测2011至2012年间河南林州肿瘤医院病理科收取的150例食管鳞癌组织中P53和LAMC2蛋白的表达情况,分析其与食管癌患者临床病理特征的关系以及两个蛋白之间的相关性。结果:免疫组织化学染色结果显示,LAMC2蛋白和P53蛋白在正常食管上皮组织中均不表达,而在食管鳞癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为43.3%(65/150)和59.3%(89/150)。LAMC2的表达与患者性别、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移相关。P53蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达也与患者性别、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移相关。P53和LAMC2在食管鳞癌的表达具有相关性(P<0.001)。结论:P53和黏蛋白LAMC2在食管鳞癌中具有统计学相关性,可以联合作为食管鳞癌的标志物。

Objective:To evaluate the expression correlation of P53 and LAMC2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods:The expressions of P53 and LAMC2 were examined in 150 ESCC cases hospitalized in Pathology Department of Linchzou Tumor Hospital in Henan from 2011 to 2012 by immunohistochemistry staining on tissue microarry,with the relationship between the expressions and the clinical characteristics of patients with ESCC and the correlation between their expressions analyzed.Results:The result of immunohistochemistry staining showed that neither P53 nor LAMC2 expressed in the normal esophageal epithelia,whereas the positive rate of expressions of LAMC2 protein and P53 was 43.3%(65/150)and 59.3%(89/150)respectively.Both the expressions of LAMC2 and P53 were associated with the sex of patients,degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis.The expressions of P53 and LAMC2 were correlated with ESCC(P<0.001).Conclusion:The expressions of P53 and LAMC2 are highly correlated with ESCC,so they can be used in combination as a potential biomarker for the disease.
