The design and realization of intelligent integrated anesthetic management system for operating room

摘要 针对毒麻醉药品在临床使用以及管理中存在的问题,如:麻醉医护人员负荷大、回收空安瓿瓶困难、不合理开药用药现象频出、药品清点及复核繁杂等,利用RFID技术,设计实现一种毒麻药智能管理系统。系统实现全围术期闭环追溯管理,智能盘点库存,废瓶回收一体化,环境智能感知,有效提高医院经济效益,降低手术风险,推动毒麻药管理精细化和智能化。 Regarding the problems existing in the clinical use and management of Anesthetic drugs,such as heavy load of anesthetic medical staff,difficulty in recovering empty ampoules,frequent occurrence of unreasonable drug prescription,and complicated counting and rechecking of drugs,RFID technology is used to design and realize an intelligent anesthetic drug management system.The system realizes closed-loop traceability management in the whole perioperative period,intelligent inventory counting,integrated waste bottle recovery,and intelligent environmental perception,which effectively improve the economic benefits of the hospital,reduce surgical risks,and promote fining and intelligent management of drug.
