摘要
以准确分析高校就业信息为目的,构建大数据背景下的高校就业信息管理系统。利用MDD方法通过项目确认、需求分析、设计规划、系统构建开发系统,利用公共信息服务模块将就业公共信息服务提供给用户,利用求职招聘模块实现高校、毕业生与用人单位之间的交互,利用决策树算法挖掘高校就业信息中隐藏的规律,向用户提供相应服务,并利用双重熵均值优化决策树算法解决过度拟合问题,就业指导与创业教育模块向高校就业指导与创业教育提供网络辅助技术。应用测试结果显示该系统开发过程具有较高成熟度,就业信息分析结果误差小。
In order to accurately analyze the employment information of colleges and universities,this paper constructs the university employment information management system under the background of big data.The system is cultivated by using MDD method to complete project confirmation,demand analysis,designing and planning,system construction and development.The system’s fuction includes providing the employment information by using the public information service part;realizing the interaction between universities,graduates and employers using job recruitment part,diging the hidden rules in university employment information using decision tree algorithm,and provide relevant services to users.The dual entropy mean optimization decision tree algorithm is used to solve the problem of over fitting.The employment guidance and entrepreneurship education module provides auxiliary network technology for college employment guidance and entrepreneurship education.Overall,the application test results show that the development process of the system has high maturity,and the error of employment information analysis is small.
