摘要
由于烟草供应链信息中存在噪声信号,对烟草供应链溯源防伪检测过程产生干扰,导致检测效果不佳、检测效率较低,为此提出基于矢量跟踪的烟草供应链溯源防伪检测方法。构建非线性离散系统模型,采用矢量跟踪方法提取烟草供应链中存在的物流信息,利用EKF滤波对获取到的烟草供应链信息中存在的噪声进行处理,消除噪声信号对检测过程产生的干扰;采用支持向量机方法进行回归估计,并计算样本点对应的残差,获取异常数据,实现烟草供应链溯源防伪检测。实验结果表明,文中所提方法的烟草供应链溯源防伪检测效率较高、检测效果较好,提高了检测准确率。
The noise signal in the information of tobacco supply chain always interferes with the detection process of traceability and anti-counterfeiting in tobacco supply chain,resulting in poor detection effect and low detection efficiency.Therefore,the detection method of traceability and anti-counterfeiting in tobacco supply chain based on vector tracking is proposed.The nonlinear discrete system model was constructed,which extracts the logistics information in tobacco supply chain by vector tracking method.The noise in tobacco supply chain information was processed by EKF filter to eliminate the interference of noise signal on the detection process;the regression estimation is carried out by support vector machine method to calculate the residual corresponding to sample points,and obtain abnormal data,so as to implement Tobacco supply chain traceability anti-counterfeiting detection.The experiment results show that the proposed method has higher detection efficiency,better detection effect and higher detection accuracy.
