摘要
随着我国自动测试技术的高速发展,反馈纠错机制的研究也在自动测试技术领域中得到了越来越多的关注。鉴于此,该研究对数据远程传输反馈纠错机制进行了优化设计,并对提出的改进算法进行了测试。测试结果表明,AD采集编码与PCM码流数据的帧计数校验均正确,反映数据中未出现多数与丢数等误码现象。HOTLink与LVDS总线接口优化后的数据传输明显低于优化前的误码率,并且该设计具有较高的移植性能、可实现性以及通用性,耗用资源较少,同时人力、时间以及硬件成本较低。
With the rapid development of automatic test technology in China,more and more attention has been paid to the feedback error correction mechanism in the field of automatic test technology.In view of this,this research optimizes the feedback error correction mechanism of data remote transmission,and tests the improved algorithm.The test results show that the frame count check of AD acquisition code and PCM code stream data is correct,which reflects that there are no errors such as excess and lost number in the data.The optimized data transmission rate of hotlink and LVDS bus interface is significantly lower than that before optimization.Moreover,the design has the advantages of high transplantation performance,realizability and versatility,less resource consumption,and low labor,time and hardware costs.
