计及机组无功调节能力的风电场无功控制研究

Research on reactive power control of wind farm with unit reactive power regulation capability

摘要 风电场的大规模并网及其功率的随机性给电网的无功运行控制带来了严重的困难,在对风电机组结构模型及功率特性分析的基础上,建立了风电场无功优化控制数学模型,在满足电压相关安全约束的前提下,通过优化风电场和场内各机组的无功分摊系数来达到提高经济性运行水平和清洁风能利用率的目标。建立风电场并网无功控制优化仿真算例,结果验证了文中无功控制策略及优化方法具有很好的优越性。 The large-scale interconnection of wind farms and the randomness of their power bring serious difficulties to the operation control of power grid,based on the analysis of wind turbine structure model and power characteristics,a mathematical model for reactive power optimization control of wind power plants is established,under the premise of meeting the voltage related safety constraints,by optimizing the reactive power allocation coefficient of wind farm and each unit in the field,the goal of improving the economic operation level and the utilization rate of clean wind energy can be achieved.A simulation example of wind power grid reactive power control optimization is established,the results show that the reactive power control strategy and optimization method have good advantages.
