超宽平顶隧道钢筋绑扎台车设计与应用

摘要 目前在建的全国最长最宽太湖湖底隧道采用“两孔一管廊”形式建造,隧道主体为二次钢筋混凝土浇筑成型。为在太湖春季涨水前完成隧道主体工程,采用钢筋预绑扎与隧道主体混凝土浇筑平行施工方式,既绿色环保,又提高效率,缩短施工周期。针对太湖隧道超宽、平顶、体量大等特点,结合隧道浇筑台车施工,介绍钢筋预绑扎台车设计与施工工艺流程,有效实现隧道主体混凝土二次浇筑的连续施工,取得了较好的经济与社会效益。 Taihu Lake Tunnel,the longest and widest tunnel at present in construction in China,is constructed in the form of two holes and one pipe gallery,and the main body of the tunnel is formed by secondary reinforced concrete pouring.In order to complete the main works of the tunnel before the spring flood in Taihu Lake,the parallel construction method of pre-binding reinforcement and pouring concrete of the main body of the tunnel is adopted,which is not only green and environmental protection,but also improves the efficiency and shortens the construction period.According to the characteristics of Taihu Lake Tunnel,such as super wide,flat roof and large volume,combined with the construction of tunnel pouring trolley,this paper introduces the design and construction process of steel bar pre-binding trolley,which effectively realizes the continuous construction of secondary pouring of tunnel main body concrete,and achieves good economic and social benefits.
