大跨度大悬挑屋盖网架跨层提升施工技术 被引量:14

摘要 成都天府国际机场T1航站楼屋盖网架平面投影面积约17.84万m^(2),其中D区大厅网架平面投影面积为约10.51万m^(2),网架厚度1.5~6.4m,最大跨度108m,最大悬挑长度约39m。根据网架投影所在的不同楼层进行合理分区,以网架投影所处楼层的不同划分提升分块,跨层累积提升后,再安装分块网架间的补档杆件,拼装为整体后提升至设计标高。此施工方法降低了网架拼装高度,施工简单,安全性高,节约措施量,大幅提高了网架结构施工效率。 The plane area of the roof grid for Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Terminal T1 is about 178400m^(2).The plane area of the Zone D grid is about 105100m^(2).The thickness of the grid is 1.5〜6m.The maximum span is 108m and the maximum overhang length is about 39m.Reasonable partitioning is performed according to the different floors where the grid frame projection is located,and the different sections are used to lift the blocks.After accumulating the cross-level accumulation,the supplementary levers between the grid sections are installed and assembled.The whole grid is raised to the design level.This construction method reduces the assembled height of the grid frame,has simple construction and high safety performance,saves the amount of measures,and greatly improves the construction efficiency of the grid frame structure.
