天津市典型溶剂使用行业挥发性有机物排放特征 被引量:5

Emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds from typical solvent use industries in Tianjin

摘要 基于天津市挥发性有机物(VOCs)的管控需要,针对天津市汽车喷涂、家具喷涂、人造板生产、包装印刷4类典型溶剂使用行业排放的VOCs进行采样监测,测定了其排放组分,评估不同处理设施对VOCs组分的影响,并对其臭氧生成潜势(OFP)进行分析。结果表明:汽车喷涂行业VOCs组分主要为烯烃和含氧VOCs(OVOCs);家具喷涂行业VOCs组分主要为芳香烃;人造板生产和包装印刷行业VOCs组分主要为OVOCs和烷烃;各废气处理设施中,催化燃烧对VOCs组分的影响较大,乙烯的质量分数由3.02%上升到28.30%;芳香烃是对OFP贡献最大的组分,其中间/对二甲苯对总OFP的贡献占比为16.36%。 Based on the demand for volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions control in Tianjin,VOCs emissions components from four typical solvent use industries(automobile spraying,furniture spraying,wood-based panel production,packaging-printing industry)were measured by field sampling and analysis,the influence of different treatment facilities on VOCs components and the ozone formation potentials(OFP)of emission species were analysised.The results showed that alkene and oxygenated VOCs(OVOCs)were the dominant VOCs species in automobile spraying industry;the main component of VOCs was aromatics in furniture spraying industry;the major components of VOCs were OVOCs and alkanes in wood-based panel production and packing-printing industries.Among all waste gas treatment facilities,the catalytic combustion system could change the components of VOCs,and made the mass fraction of ethylene increased from 3.02%to 28.30%.Aromatics had a great influence on OFP,the VOCs species with the largest OFP contribution was m/p-xylene,which contributed 16.36%for the total OFP.
