河南省2013-2018年水泥行业温室气体排放特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 水泥生产过程的CO_(2)排放量巨大,因此水泥行业温室气体排放备受关注。以中国主要的水泥产品生产基地河南省为调查目标,对2013—2018年河南省水泥行业CO_(2)排放量进行了核算分析。结果表明:2013—2018年,河南省水泥行业CO_(2)排放总量为6435万~7816万t,总体呈现先升后降再平稳的趋势;豫北和豫中是主要贡献地区,CO_(2)排放量占比分别为30.94%~38.46%、34.29%~35.82%,其中新乡市、郑州市、平顶山市和南阳市居全省前列,CO_(2)排放量分别占15.96%~20.70%、11.92%~14.61%、9.30%~13.57%、11.33%~13.10%;原料分解和化石燃料燃烧是两大主要排放源,CO_(2)排放分别占总排放量的57.87%~58.97%、35.62%~36.89%;纳入碳交易配额的熟料烧成工段CO_(2)排放总量为6269万~7597万t,排放强度总体呈下降趋势,说明国家及河南省相继实施的较为严格的水泥企业错峰生产等措施,水泥行业淘汰落后产能和清洁生产改造等行动已初见成效。 Cement production process emits a large amount of CO_(2),so the greenhouse gas emission of cement industry attracts a lot of attention.Since Henan was a major cement products production base,it was taken as the survey target.The data of CO_(2)emissions of cement industry in Henan during 2013-2018 were calculated and analyzed.Results showed that the CO_(2)total emissions of cement industry in Henan during 2013-2018 were 6.435×10^(7)-7.816×10^(7) t with a general trend of first increasing,then decreasing and at last tending to be stable.North and center of Henan were the main contributors to CO_(2)emission,accounting for 30.94%-38.46%and 34.29%-35.82%,respectively.Among them,the emissions of Xinxiang,Zhengzhou,Pingdingshan and Nanyang occupied 15.96%-20.70%,11.92%-14.61%,9.30%-13.57%and 11.33%-13.10%,respectively,ranking in the front of the province.The two major sources of CO_(2)emission were raw material decomposition and fossil fuel combustion,which accounted for 57.87%-58.97%and 35.62%-36.89%,respectively.The CO_(2)total emission of cement clinker firing section,which was adopted by carbon trade,were 6.269×10^(7)-7.597×10^(7) t,with CO_(2)emission intensity generally decreasing.The results indicated that the strict measures like peak shifting production of cement production enterprises,and actions like eliminating low production capacity enterprises and clean production reforming taken by the state and Henan had come up to achievements.
