摘要 论文针对部队进行跨区训练海上运载中表现出来的运输工具安排不合理、装载任务分配不科学等问题,通过建立合理模型、运用算法及软件求解等手段,研究满足海运装载一定规模兵力的运输工具需求量和最优方案问题,对于有效提升运输的效率,降低运输成本,具有重要研究价值。 In this paper,aiming at the problems such as unreasonable arrangement of means of transport and unscientific distri⁃bution of loading tasks in the cross region training of the army,by means of establishing a reasonable model,using algorithms and software solutions,the problem of the demand of means of transport and the optimal scheme is studied to meet the demand of a cer⁃tain scale of forces in the sea transportation,which can effectively improve the efficiency of transportation and reduce the cost of transportation.It has important research value.
