摘要 研究了IBC桶(即复合式中型散装容器)专用高密度聚乙烯DMDB4506和进口树脂的结构与性能。结果表明:DMDB4506与进口树脂的基础性能较为接近,具有良好力学性能,DMDB4506的热氧老化性能更优异;DMDB4506和进口树脂的重均分子量均大于30.0×10^(4),相对分子质量分布、结晶性能及流变性能接近,DMDB4506的支化度略高。相同加工条件下的加工应用试验结果表明:DMDB4506的加工性能与进口树脂相当,桶制品性能满足相应的国标要求。 The structure and properties of high density polyethylene(HDPE)DMDB4506 and imported resins for intermediate bulk container(IBC)barrels were compared.The results show that the basic properties of DMDB4506 are close to those of the imported products.It performs excellently in mechanical properties,and whose thermal oxygen aging properties are better than those of imported products.The weight average molecular weight of DMDB4506 and the imported products are more than 30.0×10^(4),whose molecular mass distribution,crystallization and rheological properties are similar,while the branching degree of DMDB4506 is slightly higher.The processing and application test results under the same conditions prove that the processing performance of DMDB4506 is equivalent to that of imported resins,and the properties of barrel products meet the requirements of national standards.
