双酚A对卵泡发育影响的研究进展

摘要 双酚A是人们普遍接触的一类环境类雌激素。研究发现不同浓度的双酚A会影响不同阶段的卵泡发育,且影响卵泡对类固醇激素的合成和分泌。为进一步阐明双酚A对卵巢卵泡发育的干扰机制,本文从颗粒细胞增殖、激素合成、卵母细胞减数分裂和卵泡凋亡等方面展开了综述,探讨了双酚A的影响作用,为人类预防双酚A对生殖系统的损伤提供借鉴。
