“生命共同体”思想指导下的乡村生态振兴实践路径研究——以“耿车模式”到“耿车转型”为例

Research on the Practice Path of Rural Ecological Revitalization under the Guidance of “Life Community”— Take “Gengche Mode” to “Gengche Transformation” as an Example

党的十九大报告提出,实施乡村振兴战略,要坚持农业农村优先发展,按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求,建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系,加快推进农业农村现代化。生命共同体从整体性和系统性角度重新定义人与自然的关系,对乡村生态振兴有着重要的指导作用。因此,以宿迁市耿车镇从“耿车模式”到“耿车转型”为例,分析了乡村生态存在的问题和困境,并对如何实现“生命共同体”理念下乡村生态振兴提出了具体的实践路径。

According to the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy,we should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,establish and improve the system,mechanism and policy system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in accordance with the general requirements of prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance,and affluent life.Life Community redefines the relationship between human and nature from the perspective of integrity and systematicness,which plays an important guiding role in rural ecological revitalization.Therefore,taking Gengche town in Suqian City as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems and difficulties of rural ecology,and puts forward specific practical paths on how to realize rural ecological revitalization under the concept of“life community”.
