乡村振兴背景下“智慧型”乡村体育发展研究

Research on the Development of “Smart” Rural Sports under the Background of Rural Revitalization

党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,对“三农”工作做出重大决策部署。乡村振兴是建设现代化经济体系、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大任务,也是促进农村经济发展模式转轨、加快农村发展的重要转折点;而发展农民体育事业是实施乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。信息化、智慧型产业发展越来越成为当下的趋势,乡村振兴、产业兴旺也离不开“智慧型”技术。目前,我国人民日益增长的美好生活需求与不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾在乡村最为突出,乡村体育产业面临着技术支撑不够、人才资源匮乏等问题。基于此,应以乡村振兴为出发点,探究乡村振兴战略背景下“智慧型”乡村体育发展方向,应从奠定基础、强化意识、培训落实等层面不断推进“智慧型”乡村体育促进乡村的发展。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and made major decisions and arrangements for the“three rural”work.Rural revitalization is a major task for building a modern economic system and building a modern socialist country.It is also an important turning point in promoting the transformation of the rural economic development model and accelerating rural development.The development of peasant sports is an important part of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Informatization and the development of smart industries are becoming more and more current trends,and rural revitalization and industrial prosperity are also inseparable from"smart"technologies.The contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development is most prominent in the countryside.The rural sports industry is currently facing problems such as insufficient technical support and lack of human resources.Based on rural revitalization,this article explores the development direction of smart rural sports in the context of rural revitalization strategy,and continuously promotes research on smart rural sports to promote rural development from the levels of laying the foundation,strengthening awareness,and training implementation.
