打造苏北地区生态经济发展新高地——苏北低碳农业现状与建议

Building a New Highland of Ecological and Economic Development in Northern Jiangsu-Current Situation and Suggestions of Low Carbon Agriculture in Northern Jiangsu Province

江苏省积极推进全省低碳农业发展,苏北地区在推进自身低碳农业发展过程中不能简单模仿苏南地区发展经验,需要结合自身发展特点,走出一条符合自身实际情况的新路子。但是,苏北地区在发展过程中存在创新理念不足、粗放式发展、污染等问题。因此提出,苏北地区建设低碳农业需要针对实际区情,科学规划乡村工业布局;合理布局农业生产布局,着力培养生态农业;加大环保宣传力度,提高农民环保意识等几方面措施。

Jiangsu Province actively promotes the development of low-carbon agriculture in the whole province.In the process of promoting its own low-carbon agriculture,Northern Jiangsu can not simply imitate the development experience of Southern Jiangsu,but needs to combine its own development characteristics and find a new way in line with its own actual situation.However,there are some problems in the process of development,such as lack of innovative ideas,extensive development,pollution and so on.Therefore,the construction of low-carbon agriculture in Northern Jiangsu needs scientific planning of rural industrial layout according to the actual situation;Rational distribution of agricultural production,efforts to cultivate ecological agriculture;Strengthen the publicity of environmental protection,improve farmers’awareness of environmental protection and other measures.
