浅析社工专业毕业实习对学生专业认同及职业生涯的影响——以X高校社会工作专业为例

On the Influence of Social Work Graduation Practice on Students’ Professional Identity and Career- Taking Social Work Major of X University as an Example

毕业实习是高校毕业生的必修课,社会工作是一门对实践性要求很高的专业,作为社会工作专业的毕业生来说,毕业实习尤为重要。学生们在经过社会工作专业毕业实习后,由于受所在社工机构实习环境的影响,他们逐渐开始对社会工作专业感兴趣。原本有部分同学不理解社会工作专业的核心价值观,通过实习尝试接触社工服务项目、案主,他们慢慢变得理解社会工作专业,从而建立了崭新的专业认同感。

Graduation practice is a compulsory course for college graduates.Social work is a major with high practical requirements.As a graduate of social work,graduation practice is particularly important.After graduation internship of social work major,students are gradually interested in social work major because of the influence of internship environment in their social work institutions.Originally,some students did not understand the core values of social work major.They tried to contact social work service projects and case owners through internship.They gradually became understanding of social work major and established a new professional identity.
