“大智移云”背景下高校财务管理专业人才培养模式革新研究

Research on the Innovation of Talent Training Mode of Financial Management Major in Colleges and Universities under the Background of “Great Wisdom Moving to the Cloud”

随着“大智移云”的迅猛发展,传统培养模式下的财务管理人员越来越难以满足社会的需求,因此,作为财务管理专业人才主要输送源头的高校应紧随大智移云发展的步伐,革新人才培养模式,使所培养的财务管理人才能够更好地服务企业。基于此,首先分析了传统人才培养模式下存在的弊端,然后阐述高校财务管理专业人才培养模式革新的必要性和可行性,最后从教学手段、教学内容、教学实践和教师队伍四个方面提出大智移云背景下高校财务管理专业人才培养模式革新的具体内容。

With the rapid development of“great wisdom moving cloud”,the financial managers under the traditional training mode are more and more difficult to meet the needs of the society.Therefore,colleges and universities,as the main source of financial management talents,should follow the pace of the development of the cloud,innovate the talent training mode,so that the financial management personnel can better serve the enterprise.Based on this,the paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional talent training mode,then expounds the necessity and feasibility of the innovation of the financial management talents training mode in Colleges and universities.Finally,the specific contents of the innovation of the financial management talents training mode in Colleges and universities are put forward from four aspects:teaching means,teaching content,teaching practice and teachers’team.
