从新冠疫情看社会办医的障碍与对策研究

Research on Obstacles and Countermeasures of Social Management of Medical Services from the Perspective of New Coronary

目前,我国社会办医处于政策利好的环境中,多项政策文件的出台使非公立医疗机构取得了长足的发展,但受到政策“玻璃门”、监管不完善、规划缺乏前瞻性等障碍的影响,社会办医出现乱象难治理、竞争机制缺位、信誉普遍偏低等问题。通过对国外典型案例的深入研究,立足中国国情,提出具有中国特色的符合中国国情的对策建议。

At present,my country’s social medical services are in a favorable environment with favorable policies.The release of a number of policy documents has enabled non-public medical institutions to achieve considerable development and progress.However,they are subject to obstacles such as policy“glass doors”,imperfect supervision,and lack of forward-looking planning.The impact of this has caused problems such as chaos and difficulty in managing medical services in the society,lack of competition mechanisms,and generally low reputation.Through the in-depth study of typical foreign cases,this research is based on China’s national conditions,find countermeasures and suggestions with Chinese characteristics that suit China’s national conditions.
