Analysis and Considerations on the Current Situation of Informatization Talent Troop in Tertiary Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China

基于全国487家三级中医医院信息化建设情况调查数据,分析三级中医医院信息化人才队伍建设现状及存在的问题,提出发展中医医院信息化人才的建议,包括加强信息管理部门建设,优化专业人才配置,重视信息化人才培养,提升科研创新能力。

Based on the survey data of the informatization building of 487 tertiary hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in China,the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the informatization talent troop building of tertiary hospitals of TCM,puts forward suggestions on the development of informatization talents in hospitals of TCM,including strengthening the building of information management department,optimizing the allocation of professional talents,attaching importance to the cultivation of informatization talents,and enhancing the ability of scientific research and innovation.
