生态位视角下创建全球海洋中心城市的策略研究——以深圳为例 被引量:6

摘要 全球海洋中心城市已成为深圳等港口城市的重要发展目标,《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》中明确提出支持深圳建设全球海洋中心城市。因此,在粤港澳大湾区的区域发展和竞争中,深圳与香港、广州等两个中心城市的关系至关重要。文章基于生态位理论,以深圳为主要研究对象,采用生态位宽度与重叠度模型的测算方法,通过港口资源、社会经济、生态环境等3个维度的评价指标,分析了深圳、香港、广州等3个城市在湾区竞争中获取资源的能力及相互作用的关系,进而对深圳创建全球海洋中心城市的发展路径进行了优化设计,提出扩充自身生态位、与广州错位发展,以及与香港协同进化等具体策略,以期为其他相似案例提供参考。 The global marine center city has become a new development direction of many port cities such as Shenzhen.The Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area also clarify that it is necessary to support Shenzhen to build a global marine center city.Therefore,the relationship among Shenzhen,Hong Kong and Guangzhou is very important in the process of development and competition of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Based on the niche theory,this paper takes Shenzhen as the main research object,and introduces the calculation methods of niche width and niche overlap model.Through the indexes of port resources,social economy and ecological environment,this paper further evaluates the ability of Shenzhen,Hong Kong and Guangzhou to obtain resources in the competition of the bay area and the relationship among them.Finally,this paper proposes a better development path for Shenzhen to build a global marine center city.It is suggested that Shenzhen should expand its niche,dislocation development with Guangzhou and co-evolution with Hong Kong,with a view to provide a reference for other similar cases.
