城市失落公共空间的识别研究

Study on the Identification of Lost Public Space in Cities

当前中国城市发展正经历着由追求速度与效率到品质与公平的转型阶段,人们对社会生活的需求也发生了很大的转变,更多是追求一种良好的生活品质与环境质量。公共空间是高品质环境的重要载体与体现,良好的公共空间更是一个宜居城市的重要感知空间,但是当前出现了一种公共空间失落的现象,表现为公共空间长期闲置与人气不足、特色缺失、文化内涵不足,公共空间虽尺度宏大,但缺乏人文关怀、各自孤立、缺乏联系,重展示功能,轻使用功能,空间的失落与空间缺乏并存。本文主要阐述了这类失落空间的现状、特征与类型及失落的原因,最后通过4个维度构建了24个二级指标,这些指标分为定性指标和定量指标,并通过对各类定量指标进行分析,对失落公共空间进行判断和识别,希望能够对这种失落倾向进行有效的干预,营造充满活力的城市公共空间。

At present,China’s urban development is undergoing a transition from the pursuit of speed and efficiency to quality and fairness.People’s demand for social life has also undergone a great transformation,and it is more about the pursuit of a good quality of life and environmental quality.Public space is an important carrier and embodiment of high-quality environment and a good public space is an important perception space of a livable city.However,there is a phenomenon of loss of public space at present,which is manifested as longterm idleness and lack of popularity,lack of characteristics,lack of cultural connotation,grand scale,lack of humanistic care,isolation and lack of connection,emphasis on display function,neglect on use function,the coexistence of both loss of space and lack of space.This paper mainly elaborates on the status quo,characteristics and types of this type of lost space,and the reasons for the loss.Finally,24 secondary indicators are constructed through four dimensions.These indicators are divided into qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators.Then the paper analyzes various quantitative indicators,judges and identifies the lost public space,hoping to effectively intervene in this kind of loss tendency and create a vibrant urban public space.
