基于POI的商业休闲娱乐设施空间分布与聚集特征分析——以上海市杨浦区为例

Analysis on Spatial Distribution and Aggregation Characteristics of Commercial Leisure and Entertainment Facilities Based on POI Data——A Case of Yangpu District in Shanghai

商业休闲娱乐设施是文化设施的重要组成部分,是大众开展文化休闲活动的基础和前提条件。本研究利用互联网公开信息对杨浦区商业休闲娱乐设施POI的聚集特征、分布特征、发展趋势特征等进行分析。研究表明:①杨浦区商业休闲设施总体呈现聚集态势。②杨浦区商业休闲设施以中部为圆心,沿南北纵向发展。其中,北侧有向新江湾城偏转的趋势,东北部的新江湾城、平凉和大桥街道有进一步发展潜力。③杨浦区商业休闲设施的热点组团位于五角场,沿主要道路线性分布,四平—江浦、大桥—延吉、五角场镇、殷行为次级热点组团。其中仍然存在断点,且新江湾城的娱乐休闲设施分布较少,是日后有待发展的地块。总的来说,基于POI数据的杨浦的商业休闲娱乐设施的空间与其社会发展状态相对吻合,其结果可为政府部门和市场主体配置商业休闲娱乐设施提供参考。

Commercial leisure and entertainment facilities are the important part of cultural facilities,and also the basis and prerequisite conditions for the public to carry out leisure activities.This study uses the open source information on the Internet to analyze the aggregation characteristics,distribution characteristics and development trend characteristics of these facilities based on POI data in Yangpu District.The results show that:①The commercial leisure facilities in Yangpu District are generally clustered.②The commercial leisure facilities in Yangpu District develop longitudinally along the north-south direction with the central part as the center.Among them,the north side has a trend of deflection towards new Jiangwan City.New Jiangwan City,Pingliang and Daqiao Streets in the northeast have further development potential.③Hot spots of commercial and leisure facilities in Yangpu District are located in Wujiaochang and linearly distributed along main roads,i.e.Siping Street-Jiangpu Street,Daqiao Street-Yanji Street,Wujiaochang Town and Yinhang Street,which are secondary hot spots.Among them,there are still breakpoints,and new Jiangwan City has less distribution of entertainment and leisure facilities,so it is a plot to be developed in the future.In general,the space of commercial leisure and entertainment facilities in Yangpu based on POI data is relatively consistent with the social development status,and the results can provide a reference for government departments and market entities to configure their layout.
