襄阳市商业综合体中庭空间夏季热环境研究

Research on Thermal Environment of Atrium Space in Commercial Complex in Xiangyang in Summer

中庭空间是当前商业综合体设计中的重要组成部分,其对于建筑内的各种物理指标的改善都有积极作用。作者实地调研了襄阳市4座商业综合体的中庭空间,实测得出不同时间段内中庭的空气温度、相对湿度、风速,同时对顾客进行主观问卷调查。通过对热环境参数及主观问卷调查结果的分析,作者发现商业建筑的中庭热环境受屋顶遮阳影响严重,业态对中庭热环境也有一定的影响。由此针对商业综合体夏季中庭空间热环境现有特征提出相应的改善措施,为今后该地区商业综合体中庭空间热环境的建设和改善提供数据参考。

Atrium is an important part in commercial complex design,which plays a positive role in the improvement of various physical indicators in the building.The author conducted on-the-spot investigation on the atrium space in four commercial complexes in Xiangyang,measured the air temperature,relative humidity and wind speed of the atrium at different periods of the time,and conducted subjective questionnaire survey to customers at the same time.Through the analysis on thermal environment parameters and subjective questionnaire survey results,the author found that the roof shade have great influence on the thermal environment of the atrium in commercial buildings,and the formats also have certain influence on the thermal environment of the atrium.Therefore,corresponding improvement measures are proposed based on the existing characteristics of the thermal environment of commercial complex atria in summer,so as to provide data reference for the future construction and improvement of the thermal environment of the atrium space in commercial complex in this region.
