摘要
点云扫描技术指的是以测量仪器对产品外观的表面点数据进行获取,并通过扫描仪进行扫描,从而得到点云的手段,点云具有密度较高、数量较大的特点。而BIM技术是一个软件,指的是一个智能模型的流程,它可以将设计师脑海中的设计模型进行虚拟化呈现。点云扫描与BIM技术的结合在建筑行业中的运用,可以有效提高建筑设计人员的工作效率和工作质量。同时,两者的结合也可以进行全景扫描,以及选定关键信息,并对关键信息范围进行录入,以及对被测对象表面的三维坐标数据进行高分辨率的大面积获取,进而提高建筑施工效率。
Point cloud scanning technology refers to the measurement instrument to obtain the surface point data of the appearance of the product,and scanning through the scanner,so as to obtain point cloud.Point cloud has the characteristics of high density and large number.BIM technology is software,which refers to the process of an intelligent model that can virtualize and present the design model in the designer’s mind.The application of the combination of point cloud scanning and BIM technology in the construction industry can effectively improve the work efficiency and quality of architectural designers.At the same time,the combination of the two can also perform panoramic scanning,select key information,enter the key information range,and obtain high-resolution large-area three-dimensional coordinate data on the surface of the measured object,thereby improving the efficiency of building construction.
