摘要
为提高老旧住区绿色重构的质量及效果、避免重构过程的盲目性、减少资源二次浪费,本文对老旧住区绿色重构价值评定进行研究。首先,对老旧住区绿色重构价值进行分析,构建价值评定的指标体系;其次,采用因子分析法进行指标权重的确定,对重构整体价值进行评定并分析评定结果;最后,以嘉陵桥西村老旧住区重构为例,进行价值评定的论证。旨在增强老旧住区绿色重构价值评定的适用性和实用性,为老旧住区绿色重构相关工作提供借鉴参考的价值。
In order to improve the quality and effect of green reconstruction of old residential areas,avoid blindness in the process of reconstruction and reduce secondary waste of resources,this paper studies the value evaluation of green reconstruction of old residential areas.Firstly,the value of green reconstruction of old residential areas is analyzed,and the index system of value evaluation is constructed.Secondly,the weight of index is determined by factor analysis method,and the overall value of reconstruction is analyzed and evaluated.Finally,the value evaluation is demonstrated by taking the reconstruction of old residential areas in West Village of Jialing Bridge as an example.The purpose is to enhance the applicability and practicability of the value evaluation of green reconstruction of old residential areas,and provide a reference for the related work of green reconstruction of old residential areas.
