择时中药贴敷配合穴位按摩防治经皮冠状动脉介入术术后便秘的效果观察

Observation on the effect of timing Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage to prevent constipation after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的:探讨择时中药贴敷配合穴位按摩对经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后病人便秘的防治效果。方法:抽取2018年7月—2019年7月医院心内科收治的60例PCI病人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组采用常规治疗护理,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上实施择时中药贴敷配合穴位按摩疗法,比较两组病人便秘评分、首次排便时间及生活质量及不良反应情况。结果:干预后观察组病人便秘评分低于对照组,首次排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量方面,观察组病人躯体不适、心理社会不适应、担心焦虑、满意度4个维度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组病人在中药贴敷和穴位按摩期间均未出现不良反应。结论:择时中药贴敷配合穴位按摩可有效防治PCI术后病人便秘症状,缩短术后首次排便时间,提高病人生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of timing Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage on constipation after Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 60 patients with PCI from July 2018 to July 2019 in the Department of Cardiology of the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine treatment and nursing intervention,while the patients in experimental group were given acupoint massage therapy combined with timing Chinese medicine application on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing.The constipation scores,first defecation time,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the constipation score and the first defecation time of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);in terms of quality of life,the scores of the four dimensions of physical discomfort,psychosocial mal-adjustment,anxiety and satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);In addition,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:Timing Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage could effectively prevent constipation symptoms,shorten the first defecation time and improve the quality of life of patients after PCI.
