摘要
本文旨在建立一种高压液相色谱方法同时检测饮料制品中的两种防腐剂(苯甲酸、山梨酸)的方法,对检测波长、流动相比例、色谱柱温度、缓冲液浓度等条件进行了优化,并对市售饮料中防腐剂含量和种类进行了测定。
This paper aims to establish a high pressure liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 2 preservatives(benzoic acid,sorbic acid)in soft drinks.The wavelength,flow ratio,the temperature of the chromatography column,the concentration of buffer fluid were optimized.The contents of pyritic acid and benzoic acid were determined in the in soft drinks.
