UV固化聚碳酸酯的性能研究

摘要 本文主要以聚碳酸酯树脂预聚物为基料,通过调整功能单体的官能度、功能单体的用量以及UV辐照固化的时间研究了涂层对PET薄膜基材附着力性能的影响。研究发现,功能单体官能度越大,涂层对基材的附着力越低;两官能与多官能功能单体混合使用,且多官能单体占比小于6.5%才能实现增大交联密度的同时不降低涂层对基材的附着力;通过调控UV辐照固化的时间可以有效避免对涂层的老化,延长涂层的使用寿命。通过UV固化技术,将聚碳酸酯丙烯酸酯预聚物和功能单体涂覆在PET基材上固化形成涂层,通过研究涂层体系对基材附着力的影响,推进了光固化技术、树脂,拓展了PET薄膜基材的应用领域。 Along with the expansion of the PET substrate application fields,the surface of PET substrate is coated a highly adhesion polycarbonate acrylic coating with UV curing technology.The performance of coating adhesion on PET substrate was studied mainly from the polycarbonate acrylic pre-polymer molecular weight,the functional monomer functionality and the functional monomer amount in this essay.The study also find that the greater functionality of the functional monomer,the lower adhesion to PET substrate,while the proportion of multi-functional monomer in the mixture which is mixed by dual and multi-functional function monomer,is less than 6.5%can achieve to increase cross-linking density without reducing the coating adhesion to the substrate.In this essay,extending the lifespan of the UV-curing coating can be easily achieved by rejigging the UV-exposure time.
