城市社区治理视角下的社会治理共同体构建

Construction of Community of Social Governance from the Perspective of Urban Community Governance

加强和完善城市社区治理对于构建社会治理共同体具有重大价值:促进主体转换、优化行动方案、推动结构完善。透视当前城市社区治理中存在的不足,分析对构建社会治理共同体形成的掣肘,提出如何改进策略,能够促进城市基层社区中的社会治理共同体构建及功能发挥。

Strengthening and perfecting urban community governance is of great value to the construction of social governance community:promoting the transformation of the main body,optimizing the action plan and promoting the perfection of the structure.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of urban community governance at present,analyzes the constraints on the formation of social governance community,and puts forward how to improve the strategy in order to promote the construction and function of social governance community in urban grass-roots community.
