细胞焦亡在呼吸系统疾病中作用的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 随着全球化经济的发展以及随之而来的环境变化,气象和环境因素对人类健康的影响逐渐增大。肺是一个拥有巨大表面积的器官,其结构精细,易受外界环境的影响。近年来的研究显示,细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)广泛存在于呼吸系统疾病发生过程中,抑制多种呼吸系统相关细胞焦亡的发生可以降低肺损伤时肺脏细胞的损伤程度,减少炎症因子生成,减轻炎症反应[1-6]。 Pyroptosis,a type of inflammation-related programmed death,relies on the enzymatic activity of in-flammatory proteases. Unlike apoptosis and autophagy,pyroptosis is mainly mediated by intracellular inflammatory bodies and gasdermin D of the gasdermin protein family,and is accompanied by the release of a large number of inflammatory fac-tors. A large number of studies have shown that pyroptosis is related to a variety of inflammatory reactive diseases and ex-cessive pyroptosis will aggravate the occurrence and development of the disease. As one of the ways of cell death,pyropto-sis exists in the pathological processes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,bronchial asthma,pulmonary fibrosis,acute respiratory distress syndrome and lung cancer. This article summarized the pathogenesis of pyroptosis and clarified the relationship between pyroptosis and various respiratory diseases.
