经鼻蝶入路神经内镜手术治疗侵袭性垂体腺瘤的进展 被引量:14

摘要 垂体腺瘤是颅内常见的良性肿瘤。2017年6月出版的第四版《WHO内分泌肿瘤分类》更新了垂体肿瘤分类,指出肿瘤巨大、侵袭是造成难治性垂体腺瘤的特点之一[1]。巨大、侵袭性生长的垂体腺瘤手术治疗存在很大挑战,残余肿瘤术后出血、再生长,预后较差,甚至危及病人生命[2]。本文就经鼻蝶入路神经内镜手术治疗侵袭性垂体腺瘤的进展进行综述。
