乡村学校STEAM教师队伍建设:内涵及路径

摘要 在城乡教育统筹发展背景之下,乡村学校STEAM教师队伍建设对促进城乡教育公平发展,建构理想师生关系,促进乡村学校教师在终身学习中实现自主发展等方面具有重要意义和价值。城乡社会的异质差异性决定了乡村学校STEAM教师队伍建设具有其独特的内涵体系,体现为:在专业理念维度上需走进乡村学校学生的生活世界,在专业知识维度上需与信息技术深度融合的跨学科性知识,以及在专业能力维度上需融入地方性知识的STEAM项目开发等。乡村学校STEAM教师队伍建设需从顶层进行系统而全面的设计,有针对性地培养乡村学校STEAM教师的独特素养,政府在制度建设、平台建设等方面需发挥主导作用,以及形成完整、多元、持续的课程培养体系。 Under the background of coordinated development of urban and rural education,the construction of STEAM teaching faculty in rural schools is of great significance and value in promoting the fair development of urban and rural education,constructing ideal teacher-student relationship,and promoting the independent development of rural teachers in lifelong learning.The heterogeneous differences between urban and rural societies determine that the construction of STEAM teaching faculty in rural schools has its unique connotation system.It is especially reflected in the entering into the rural school students'life in the aspect of professional concept,interdisciplinary knowledge deeply integrated with information technology in aspect of professional knowledge,and developing STEAM projects integrated with local knowledge in the aspect of professional ability.The construction of STEAM teaching faculty in rural schools should be systematically and comprehensively designed from the top level to cultivate the unique qualities of STEAM teaching faculty in rural schools.The government should play a leading role in system construction and platform construction and form a complete,diversified and continuous curriculum training system.
