摘要 前撑注浆钢管支护体系是近年来上海及周边地区兴起的一种新型支护形式,与传统工艺相比具有施工方便、缩短工期、节约成本等优势。结合上海市浦东新区某大面积深基坑工程,对前撑注浆钢管支撑的运用进行介绍,重点对设计方案及施工工艺进行阐述;工程使用效果显示,前撑注浆钢管支护体系的应用大大节省了施工工期,对变形控制效果较好,工程的成功经验可供类似工程参考。 The front-braced grouting steel pipe pile is a new type of support forms,rise of Shanghai and surrounding areas in recent years,compared with the traditional process has the advantages of convenient construction,shorter construction period and cost saving.Combined with a large area deep foundation pit project in Pudong New Area,Shanghai City,introduce the application of front-braced grouting steel pipe pile,focusing on design and construction technology;The application effect shows that the application of front-braced grouting steel pipe pile greatly saves the construction period and has a good effect on deformation control.The successful experience of this project can be used as a reference for similar projects.
