提高装配式桥梁预制墩柱生产合格率措施探讨 被引量:5

摘要 随着城市高架桥梁中预制拼装工艺的推广普及,桥墩预制拼装工艺也得到了推广和应用,大量的桥梁预制构件出现在桥梁建设中。随着桥梁预制拼装技术的不断成熟,对预制构件的质量和精度要求也在不断提高。通过对预制构件生产过程中灌浆套筒的安装和主筋伸出筋安装关键节点工艺要求进行分析探讨,通过优化灌浆套筒精准定位措施和主筋伸出筋定位装置,提高了灌浆套筒和主筋伸出筋的安装精度,从而提高了装配式桥梁预制墩柱生产合格率。 With the popularization of prefabricated assembly technology in urban viaducts,the prefabricated assembly technology of piers has also been popularized and applied,and a large number of bridge prefabricated components appear in bridge construction.With the continuous maturity of bridge prefabrication and assembly technology,the requirements for the quality and accuracy of prefabricated components are also increasing.Through the analysis and discussion of the installation of the grouting sleeve and the key node requirements of the main bar protruding bar installation in the production process of the precast component,by optimizing the precise positioning meass of the grouting sleeve and the main bar protruding bar positioning device,the installation accuracy of grouting sleeve and main bar protruding bars is improved,thus the production qualified rate of prefabricated bridge precast piers is improved.
