摘要
以香港某综合废物管理设施工程为例,对非自浮消浪型带立柱异型沉箱结构及浮游稳定进行分析,通过对比分析2种不同加固方式的钢封门设计方案,提出对拉式钢封门封仓措施进行沉箱出运安装的方法。解决了沉箱安装过程的浮游稳定技术问题,规避了水下混凝土修补的技术难题和安全风险,节约了项目成本,可为类似项目大型异型沉箱的浮运和安装提供借鉴。
Taking the project of the Integrated Waste Management Facilities in Hong Kong as an example,analyzed the structural and floating stability characteristics of special non-floating caisson with columns,presented a new technology for floating-out and installing the caisson unit with the use of steel gate.This method avoids technical difficulties and security risks of repairing the bolt hole under water,and reduces the cost.The experience gained in this method can provide references for the floating-out and installation of large-scale specially profiled caissons.
