摘要
某项目成功地应用大型厌氧罐体拼装施工技术。对罐体安装基础的高精度测量,基础表面的精细化打磨,确保基础的高平整度要求;采用电动螺杆装置以倒装形式和提升技术实现罐体的安全高效组装;采用水平度和垂直度控制技术,确保罐体本身的准确安装和正常使用。大型厌氧罐体拼装施工技术整体上加快工程进度、节约工期,降低成本支出,确保施工质量和施工安全性,具有良好的经济效益和其它社会效益和环保效益。研究成果可在类似厌氧罐体安装工程建设项目中推广应用,对大体量高精度罐体的高效安装具有参考意义。
The project successfully applied large-scale anaerobic tank assembly construction technology.High-precision measurement of the tank installation foundation,fine polishing of the surface of the foundation,to ensure the high flatness requirements of the foundation;the use of electric screw devices to achieve safe and efficient assembly of the tank in the form of inversion and lifting technology;the use of horizontality and verticality Control technology to ensure the accurate installation and normal use of the tank itself.The large-scale anaerobic tank assembly construction technology speeds up the progress of the project as a whole,saves the construction period,reduces the cost and expenditure,ensures the construction quality and construction safety,and has good economic benefits and other social and environmental benefits.The results of this research can be promoted and applied in similar anaerobic tank installation engineering construction projects,and have reference significance for the efficient installation of large-scale high-precision tanks.
