人民立场是中国共产党的根本政治立场,我国的招生考试事业始终坚持以人民为中心这一基本价值立场。招生考试制度的制定、执行、发展和改革无一不体现了人民性的价值意蕴,全体人民的基本合法权益得到保障。在招生考试制度的人民性实践中,通过制度设计和政策实践促进和保障招生考试机会公平、过程公平和结果公平。在未来实践中,需要从落实立德树人根本任务、健全管理体制机制、推动信息技术应用现代化、促进招生考试科学化发展等方面保障招生考试制度的人民性发展。

The people’s standpoint is the fundamental political standpoint of the Communist Party of China.All causes in our country are the people’s causes.The people-centered is the basic value position of the entrance examination.The formulation,implementation,development and reform of the entrance examination all reflect the value of the people and protect the basic legitimate rights and interests of the citizens.In the practice of entrance examination,we should promote and guarantee the fairness of opportunity,process and result of entrance examination through system design and policy practice.In the future practice,we need to implement the fundamental task of moral education,improve the management system and mechanism,promote the modernization of information technology application,and promote the scientific development to ensure the development of the people’s character of entrance examination.
