新时代人民幸福思想是在中国伟大社会实践中逐步形成的,不仅为中国人民幸福提供理论指引和行动指南,而且为世界人民幸福提供中国智慧和中国方案。探析新时代人民幸福的基本内涵及实践路径有着重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文从人民的需要满足、愉悦的生活体验、辛勤的劳动创造三个维度剖析了新时代人民幸福的哲学意蕴,并为其概括出人民性、实践性和整体性三个内在特征,从而提出新时代人民幸福的实践路径:奠定人民幸福的物质基础;完善人民幸福的保障制度;培养人民幸福的主体能力。

The idea of people’s welfare in the new era is gradually formed in China’s great social practice.It not only provides theoretical guidance and action guidelines for the welfare of the Chinese people,but also provides Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the welfare of the people of the world.Analyzing the basic connotation and practical path of people’s welfare in the new era has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper analyzes the philosophical implication of people’s welfare in the new era from the three dimensions of people’s need satisfaction,pleasant life experience and hard work creation,and summarizes the three internal characteristics of people,practicality and integrity,thus putting forward the practical path of people’s welfare in the new era to lay the material foundation of people’s welfare,improve the security system for people’s welfare,and cultivate people’s ability to be the subject of welfare.
