高校意识形态工作体系构建的文化视角

摘要 高校意识形态工作必须把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,坚持把社会主义核心价值观融入教育全过程。从文化视角来分析高校意识形态工作所面临的挑战就显得尤为重要。西方文化思潮、互联网流行文化和多元文化思潮中的消极影响对高校意识形态安全形成一定程度的影响与冲击。为了应对这种新的挑战,高校意识形态工作体系构建应该包括一元主导与多样并存相结合的文化原则;优秀传统文化与先进文化相结合的原则;本土文化与外来文化相结合的原则;网络文化与大众文化相结合的原则等。而这些文化原则的落实必须坚持马克思主义的指导思想地位,切实加强高校意识形态工作责任制的落实,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观和构建高校意识形态协同育人模式。 The ideological work in colleges and universities must hold the fostering of morality as the fundamental task in education and insist on integrating the Core Values of Chinese Socialism into the entire teaching process.Therefore,it is of significant importance to analyze the challenges in ideological work in colleges and universities from a cultural perspective.The negative aspects in western culture,Internet pop culture and multicultural thoughts have posed certain impact on the ideological security of colleges and universities.To cope with the challenge,it is essential to insist the cultural principle that combines unitary dominance with coexistence of diversity,combines excellent traditional culture with advanced ideas,combines local culture with foreign culture,and that combines network culture with popular culture.To achieve the above cultural principle,it is necessary to regard Marxism as the guiding ideology,to effectively implement responsibility system in ideological work in colleges and universities,and to build a collaborative education model through practicing the Core Values of Chinese Socialism and constructing ideology systems.
