意识模型研究的功能主义进路

The Functionalist Access to the Study of Consciousness Models

伴随着20世纪90年代意识研究的经验性复兴,意识模型热潮出现,其坚持着公正对待经验主观特征的原则,试图在大脑与意识之间建立值得信赖的桥梁。在沟通科学实证与经验分析的基础上,也为意识的难问题留下了一席之地。根据当代意识模型的不同解释角度,文章考察了基于科学的具体主流意识模型,并深入探究了意识模型方法的功能主义策略。无论动态核心模型还是全局工作空间模型,尽管其侧重点不同,但在交互发展中从功能主义进路为弥合解释鸿沟做出当代尝试,认知神经科学的推动及意识模型进路的方法立场为意识模型的发展提供了合理性及可行性支持,意识模型的功能主义方案是解决意识问题的可靠进路。

With the empirical revival of consciousness research in the 1990s,there comes the upsurge of consciousness models.These models adhere to the principle of fair treatment of subjective characteristics of experience,trying to build a reliable bridge between the brain and consciousness.On the basis of communicating scientific evidence with empirical analysis,they also leave a space for the solution of difficult problems of consciousness.According to different interpretations of contemporary models of consciousness,this paper investigates the specific mainstream models of consciousness which is based on science,and deeply explores the functionalist strategy of this method.Whether the dynamic core model or the global workspace model,despite the difference in their emphases,they make a contemporary attempt to bridge the interpretation gap from the perspective of functionalist access in the interactive development.The promotion of cognitive neuroscience and the methodological stand of consciousness models provide reasonable and feasible support for the development of consciousness models.The functionalist scheme of consciousness models is a reliable way to solve the problem of consciousness.
